You’re not struggling because you’re weak. You’re struggling because you’ve been carrying strength alone for so long. Here, you don’t have to hold everything by yourself. Therapy can be a place to let go, better understand yourself, and find strength through growth, insight, and connection.

You spend so much time caring for others, holding things together, and pushing through that it can become easy to lose yourself in the process. Therapy offers space to reconnect with who you are beneath the pressure, build self-understanding, and move through life with greater confidence and compassion for yourself.

Relationships can hold love and frustration at the same time. Sometimes communication breaks down, resentment builds, or you begin to feel disconnected from one another. Couples counselling offers a space to slow down, understand each other more deeply, repair patterns that no longer serve you, and rebuild connection together.

Military life changes the way you move through the world. Whether you’ve served, loved someone in service, or grew up looking up to heroes while carrying your own struggles, therapy offers space to process what’s been carried for so long and reconnect with yourself and others.

My role is to offer a steady, supportive space where we slow things down and focus on what matters to you. In our work together, we explore your experiences, values, and what feels important right now.

what to expect

Our sessions are tailored to you. I draw from a range of approaches, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, somatic experiencing, and attachment-informed work. I also use a psychodynamic lens to explore how past experiences and current behaviours interact, helping us understand what’s happening for you now and how meaningful change can happen moving forward.

 

Above all, I aim to create a calm, respectful space where you can speak openly and feel safe, without pressure or judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, loss, or a desire for greater clarity and confidence. We’ll work together toward relief, resilience, and a deeper sense of alignment with the life you want to live.
